New Publication: The Marine Act

The Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (the Marine Act) was the first piece of UK legislation to consider the marine environment as a whole. It made statutory provisions for marine planning, marine conservation, and the management of sea fisheries in Wales. Further details of the Act are provided in this Quick Guide.
